Rakau is an easy hop to use in any brew, as bittering or for its aromas. Nevertheless, this year, it shows beautiful peach and vanilla aromas with touches of flowers and peppery notes. A delight !

Pacifica (PH)
Pacifica hop is known for its aromatic purpose and will bring a nice spicy and floral touch to your brew. Used during DH, citrus notes (orange marmalade) can be noted.

The last but not the least, the rock star of all NZ varieties... here's the Nelson Sauvin ! Well known of all brewers, Nelson Sauvin is recognizable among all other hop varieties thanks to its predominant aroma of white wine.
Adding to that, this year it is very fruity, we get notes of stone fruits (peach) and kiwi !
